The ezy HD2 wood-effect coating provides maximum definition and durability through an advanced powder-on-powder coating system. This system is unique to the Australian market and produces a finish with a realistic look and feel, as well as superior exterior performance.
The ezy HD2 finish was created using technology developed and patented in Italy for the decoration and protection of architectural aluminium with a natural wood effect. ezy HD2 is the first system to achieve a realistic wood-effect coating using a powder-on-powder process that ensures high definition and a highly durable finish.

Versatile ZINTL® Battens Architectural Façade System
With a wide range of woodgrain and powder-coated finishes, as well as various size options, ZINTL® Battens allow designers to realise their creative vision.
Previously, such design freedom could result in inconsistencies due to the nature of custom manufacturing. With ZINTL® Battens’ standard sizes and modular construction, we can now provide an accurate and consistent architectural batten system.
ZINTL® Battens are 100% recyclable and an excellent choice for sustainability. The system uses a simple snap-in locking mechanism to support quick and easy installation. Simply mount the inner batten, then firmly snap on the outer batten until a click is heard.
